That's really completely your own decision. Everyone is different.

Personally, my favorites and most useful and usable mf build characters include,

MF Cold Sorc (Blizz/Orb)
MF Cold/Lightning Sorc
MF Hammerdin
MF Light Sorc
MF WW Barbarian

You can make anything an MFer thought. I've had some real interested Amazon MFers and Druid MFers

2 things- how can a ww barb mf? and my fav is druid he has over 3-4k hp perf res with wizy and can own quickly

You use various MF gear on him... IDK... I don't have a build but I've made them before back in the day I'm sure you can make a ballin' one now...
